If you think you've found a bug or if something doesn't work as it should, please send an email to:

We can only fix bugs we know about so please include:
A detailed description of the problem
Your operating system (e.g. Windows 10 )
The version of IvyBackup (Help>About)
A step-by-step description of how we can reproduce the problem
A screen capture (where appropriate)
The step-by-step description is particularly important. If we can't reproduce your problem, then we probably won't be able to fix it.
The accompanying help documentation ( select Help>IvyBackup from the main menu or press the F1 key ).
The quick start guide that comes with IvyBackup (select Help>Quick Start Guide from the main menu).
